Pleated Empire makes every effort to provide high-quality merchandise and excellent customer service. We want you to be satisfied with each purchase you make. In the rare occasion that we do not meet these high standards, please accept our apologies and review our return policy:
- All returns must be approved by email. Please complete this return form and we will email you return instructions. Returns without prior email approval will not be accepted. Please include original invoice with your return with the item you are returning circled or highlighted
- Returns postmarked within 7 days of receipt will be given a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to your account when returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.
- Returns postmarked within 8-30 days of receipt will be given store credit in the amount of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not included. Store credit may take up to 5 business days to process after we receive and inspect the merchandise.
- If you receive a defective item, please report it via email within 7 days of arrival to receive a replacement.
- Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
- Please do not use scissors or any sharp objects to open your package.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any item that shows wear, damage, or has detached tags.
- Unacceptable returns will be returned at your expense.
- JEWELRY, PURSES, ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, and GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
- SALE ITEMS can be returned for store credit only.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shoes must be returned in the original packaging and be in perfect condition. Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing it outside.
- Swimwear must be unworn and in original condition. All original tags and sanitary liners must be attached.
- Pleated Empire is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping so please insure shipments and gather tracking information. Customer may only return orders by ground shipping via UPS or Federal Express.
Most orders are shipped via UPS, other carriers may be use based on final destination.
Shipping prices are $7.00 for UPS regular ground shipping – express delivery options are available upon request.
International shipping is not currently available.
Providing an incorrect address will result in considerable delay, extra costs, and possibly the loss of items.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm MST. We are closed on federal and state holidays.
Each order is generally processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped (longer during Christmas). Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
Pleated Empire is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping service (UPS).
All sales of “Sale” and “Promotional” items are final.
